2. When the bill list amount meets a decimal point, keep two decimal places, and the third digit is rounded off. The actual deduction amount shall prevail; the bill detailed amount meets a decimal point, retain three decimal places, and the fourth digit is rounded.
3. Insufficient balance reminder: After settlement on the hour in units of hours, if the available balance of the account in the next billing period is less than the bill amount in the previous period, a text message and email reminder will be sent.
4. Release notification: The system will notify you by SMS and email due to the expiration/arrears release.
